IT Networking KNOWLEGDE valuable to have .

Responsibilities :

1) Client interaction .

2) Customer support onsite - across India and Abroad, Immediate scope: Maharastra

3) Trouble shooting reported issues

4) interacting with support team to get the problem solved .

5) Product roll out, User Training

Location : Mumbai

Role : hybrid ( site locations )

Communication skills : good in English, Hindi and Marati

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
