We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head – Property Sales to lead and drive sales performance across multiple teams. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm and a proven track record of managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and closing high-value residential deals.

At Real Capital Ventures, we work with A-category developers and specialize in Luxury, Premium, and Ultra-Luxury Residential Projects. We provide qualified Google leads, enabling the sales team to focus on customer engagement and closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Drive sales performance and ensure consistent revenue generation across assigned clusters.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate Team Leaders and Property Consultants.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, customer follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and maximize sales productivity.
- Review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics regularly.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize lead utilization.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.




- Build strong relationships with developers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm.
- Strong experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore residential real estate market.
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
