Job Description (JD) – Spare Coordinator

Position: Spare Coordinator
Department: Service / Spare Parts
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in Spare Parts / Service Coordination)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Spare Coordinator who will be responsible for managing spare parts activities, coordinating with customers, service engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers regarding spare parts requirements and inquiries.
- Prepare spare parts quotations and share them with customers.
- Process spare parts orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the Service Team and Engineering Team for spare requirements.
- Maintain spare parts inventory records and update stock details.
- Follow up with the Purchase and Warehouse teams for spare availability.
- Arrange dispatch of spare parts and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Track delivery status and provide updates to customers.
- Maintain records of spare orders, invoices, and dispatch details.




- Handle customer queries related to spare parts availability and delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly spare parts reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of spare transactions.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of spare parts management and inventory handling.
- Basic understanding of technical/mechanical parts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Customer handling skills.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in machinery, automation, packaging, or industrial equipment industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
