Job Opening: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (In office)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Educational Qualification:

- BBA / MBA

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with prior sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships will be preferred.

Salary:
₹8,194.94 – ₹70,337.11 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills





- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
