- Skills:Supervise daily operations of the general store.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and storage of all materials.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
- Monitor issuance of materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/HIS system.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward transactions.
- Monitor expiry dates and prevent obsolete or slow-moving stock accumulation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement of materials.
Qualification:Graduate or Above
