- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Keep the office clean and organized (desks, pantry, toilets, etc.).
- Handle outdoor tasks like bank work, post office runs, or document delivery.
- Support staff with photocopying, filing, and minor errands.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining office supplies.
*Requirements:
- Basic education.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy is a plus.
Highly Desired Criteria:
- The employee should reside within a 15–20 minute commuting distance from the office.
- Must be available to report to the office at short notice for urgent or emergency requirements.
- Should remain on duty until all staff have departed, ensuring proper closure and maintenance of the office.
