Job Title: NOC Engineer – L4 (Network Security)

Experience: 5–12 Years

Key Skills:

- Enterprise Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, etc.)

- Secure Access (ZTNA/SASE)

- VPN (Site-to-Site Remote Access)

- IPsec

- XDR (Extended Detection Response)

- Network Security Monitoring Incident Response

- Security Troubleshooting and Threat Analysis

Responsibilities:

- Monitor, configure, and support enterprise security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure access solutions.

- Troubleshoot security incidents related to network access, IPsec tunnels, and firewall policies.

- Manage and optimize XDR solutions for threat detection and response.

- Implement security policy changes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Coordinate with SOC, network, and OEM teams for incident resolution and root cause analysis.

- Maintain security documentation and ensure high availability of security services.

Preferred Certifications:
CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, Cisco Secure Access/XDR Certifications, ITIL Foundation.
