Job Description – Security Guard

Position: Security Guard
Reports To: SO/ ASO

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol the school campus regularly to maintain safety and security.
- Control and regulate entry and exit of visitors, staff, students, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor records and verify identification at security checkpoints.
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Assist in handling emergencies, evacuation procedures, and crowd management during school events.
- Ensure school property and assets are protected from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Support school management in maintaining discipline and security protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass with relevant security experience preferred.




- Prior experience in school, residential, industrial, or corporate security will be an added advantage.

Skills & Qualities:

- Good observation and alertness.
- Basic communication and reporting skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts.
- Discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to respond calmly during emergencies.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
