Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for web and API-based applications
- Analyze system performance under load and identify bottlenecks
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to improve application scalability and stability
- Conduct different types of performance testing such as load, stress, endurance, and spike testing
- Monitor application performance using APM and monitoring tools
- Prepare detailed performance test reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
- Participate in performance tuning and optimization discussions

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering




- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
- Positive experience or exposure to modern tools like k6, Gatling, or similar
- Solid understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience in API testing (REST/GraphQL)
- Proficiency in scripting (Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience in analyzing logs and performance metrics
- Knowledge of HTTP, networking fundamentals, and system architecture
- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
