Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Pharmacuetical or Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international sales inquiries and customer communication
- Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely dispatch
- Maintain financial and operational records
- Generate MIS reports using CRM and SAP B1
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Draft clear and qualified business correspondence
- Support day-to-day international sales operations
Required Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of Sales Coordination experience (Manufacturing industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SAP B1
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with structured working approach
