Position: Retail Sales Executive

Location: City center 2 mall, Newtown Rajarhat, Kolkata

Industry: Retail Industries

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in Retail Sales

Driving license Mandatory

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, assisting walk-in customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. If you have a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their gifting requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Manage the retail store operations and ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable.
- Handle billing, order bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
- Maintain stock records and report inventory requirements when needed.




- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and store records.

Skills & Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and order management.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of store performance.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
