Job Responsibilities:

- Digital marketing specialist, having proper knowledge of Google, PPC, FB ads, SEO, SEM,SMM, AF ads
- Analyze metrics, identify trends and optimize overall marketing efforts
- Reduce agency cost and improve campaign performance by taking entire paid media in house
- Establish solid infrastructure by directly handling key advertising platforms like Google,Facebook,



Linkedin to achieve set KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA etc
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor and report on campaign performance regularly
- Run SMS campaigns, Email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, Push notifications in house
- Valuable knowledge of Google PPC- search and display campaigns, keyword research
- Proficient with On-page SEO and Off-page SEO
- Stay up to date with all social media policies including FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube,Sharechat etc
- Align with industry trends and best practices and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Proficient in running tools like Clever tap, Google analytics etc

Required skill set:

- 4+ years of experience in managing in running conversion focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI related KPIs
- At least 2+ years in running Google, FB ads
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, FB ads manager / Power editor
- Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics
- A curious individual with a problem solving attitude
