Key Responsibilities:

Cinematography & Shoot Management:

- Plan and execute video shoots, including product shoots, corporate films, interviews, and promotional content
- Handle camera operations, lighting setups, framing, and composition
- Capture high-quality footage for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for shoot planning and storyboarding

Video Editing & Post-Production:

- Edit raw footage into engaging videos with proper sequencing, transitions, and effects
- Add motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and colour grading
- Ensure videos are optimised for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in style, tone, and brand guidelines

Creative Development:

- Contribute to creative concepts, scripts, and storytelling ideas
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, formats, and editing techniques
- Suggest cutting-edge ideas for product showcases and brand storytelling

Equipment & Asset Management:

- Manage cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio gear
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of all equipment
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files

Coordination & Execution:

- Work closely with marketing,



branding, and product teams
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when required

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong videography and cinematography skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera techniques
- Skills in color correction and sound editing
- Creative storytelling and visual sense
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Technical Skills:

- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (for motion graphics)
- Deviance Resolve (preferred for colour grading)
- Camera handling (DSLR / Mirror less / Cinema cameras)
- Lighting and audio equipment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in video production and editing
- Experience in corporate / product / automotive / EV shoots preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing video projects
- Ability to handle end-to-end video production

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
