Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and businesses to promote company products/services
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain daily reports of visits, sales, and client feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally




- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Must have a smartphone (and bike preferred for travel roles)
