Heaven's Park is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure excellent dining experiences for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and supervise restaurant staff including service team and kitchen coordination.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Support business growth through efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Experience in Non-Veg Multi-Cuisine Restaurant operations is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant billing systems and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
