You will be the dedicated, face-of-the-brand advisor for our most exclusive clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Bespoke Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact for premium clients, managing their portfolios with absolute discretion and precision.
- Proactive Client Care: Anticipate client needs before they arise, offering tailored solutions, personalized updates, and white-glove service.
- Escalation Excellence: Resolve complex, high-priority client issues swiftly, maintaining a calm, sophisticated composure under pressure.
- Client Retention & Growth:



Nurture long-term loyalty and identify organic opportunities to introduce clients to premium tiers or extended services.
