We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join the Daimler Truck Consulting International (DTCI) team. In this role, you will work on strategic and operational initiatives across various business units within Daimler Truck, helping solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable improvements. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of consulting engagements, including strategy, process excellence, program and project management, organizational transformation, and digital enablement initiatives. Consultants are expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, think independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a global and multicultural setting.

Consulting: Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements across Daimler Truck business units, analyzing business challenges and developing practical recommendations.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, governance mechanisms, milestones, and success metrics.

Process Excellence:



Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives using structured problem-solving approaches.

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.

Digital Analytics: Utilize data analysis, research, and business insights to support decision-making and communicate findings through presentations and reports.

Digital Transformation: Support digital and business transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
