Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Logistics Head in coordinating day-to-day transportation and delivery operations.
- Communicate with transport vendors to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams, dealers, and customers on shipment and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatches, pending deliveries, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with all Warehouse branches for regular stock reports.
- Use MS Excel to update shipment tracking sheets, delivery schedules, and related reports.
- Coordinate with dealers and customers for order updates, confirmations, and issue resolutions.
- Follow up with vendors and transporters regarding material pick-up, delays, and delivery status.
- Support overall logistics operations by ensuring smooth communication and task follow-up.





Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics coordination or related support role.
- Basic understanding of logistics or dispatch operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word for maintaining data and communication records.
- Positive communication skills – verbal and written.
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to follow instructions and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
