We are looking for a reliable, technical-minded, and customer-focused Store Salesman to join our medical devices and surgical products showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in healthcare professionals, hospital representatives, patients, and caregivers in selecting the right medical equipment, surgical supplies, and healthcare goods.

​The ideal candidate should have a qualified demeanor, a quick ability to learn technical product details, and a dedication to high-quality service.

​Key Responsibilities

1. Counter Sales & Product Consultation

​Greet doctors, hospital staff, patients, and walk-in customers professionally.

​Demonstrate and explain features, operation, and safety guidelines for medical devices (e.g., patient monitors, suction machines, Fowler beds, physiotherapy equipment, and diagnostic tools).

​Guide customers in selecting appropriate surgical disposables, instruments, and healthcare consumables.

​Offer complementary products (e.g., matching accessories, replacement parts, or sterilization supplies) to meet client needs.

​Handle pricing inquiries, bulk discounts, and client objections knowledgeably and politely.

​2. Inventory Handling & Display Maintenance

​Maintain clean, organized,



and hygienic displays across showroom shelves, counters, and equipment display areas.

​Assist in receiving incoming surgical stock, verifying batch numbers, manufacturing/expiry dates, and updating stock registers.

​Inspect medical equipment regularly to ensure floor models are in working condition.

​Monitor stock levels of fast-moving surgical disposables and report low inventory to the Store Manager promptly.

​3. Billing & Dispatch Support

​Generate accurate cash memos, retail bills, or tax invoices for purchases.

​Ensure correct batch numbers and warranty details are recorded on invoices where applicable.

​Safely pack medical instruments and fragile equipment for customers or delivery dispatch.

​4. Shop Discipline & Safety Standards

​Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with medical retail norms.

​Protect medical devices and high-value equipment from dust, mishandling, or damage.
