Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Real Estate Telecallers & Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the UAE property market.

The role involves generating leads, pitching real estate investment opportunities, handling high-net-worth (HNI) clients, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Telecalling or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Industry.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (mandatory).
- Excellent sales pitching and client-handling skills.
- Experience dealing with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:





- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Explain UAE real estate projects and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate property information.
- Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
