Job Description: Mathematics Teacher (ISC )Position Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to teach Classes XI–XII under the ISC (Indian School Certificate) curriculum. The ideal candidate will have solid subject expertise, the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts, and a proven track record of preparing students for board examinations and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured lessons in Mathematics for Classes XI and XII as per the ISC curriculum and examination pattern.
- Cover core topics including Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, Statistics, and Vectors/3D Geometry.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice papers, and assessments aligned with ISC guidelines.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts using real-world examples, visual aids, and problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and periodic examinations; evaluate and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students thoroughly for ISC board examinations,



including guidance on paper patterns, marking schemes, and time management.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or additional support to students who need it.
- Encourage and mentor students interested in higher-level mathematics, olympiads, or competitive entrance exams (e.g., JEE).
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members on curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and school academic events.
- Stay updated with changes in the ISC curriculum, examination patterns, and best teaching practices in mathematics education.

Required Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Mathematics — Compulsory.
- B.Ed. in Mathematics — Compulsory.
- Prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level (ISC/CBSE/other boards) preferred.
- Strong command over the ISC Mathematics syllabus and examination requirements for Classes XI–XII.

Pay: â‚ą30,000.00 - â‚ą45,000.00 per month
