We are looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage customer communication and build solid relationships for our jewelry brand. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Assist customers with product details, pricing, and order support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain customer data and daily reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
- Prior experience is a plus
- Freshers can also apply
