- Assist the Service Coordinator in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and installation activities for Godrej Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Stackers, Pallet Trucks, etc.).
- Coordinate with service engineers to ensure timely allocation of service calls and monitor daily service status to achieve committed turnaround time (TAT).
- Prepare service job cards, quotations, work orders, and maintain accurate service documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
- Support the preparation, renewal, and execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and maintain records of contract coverage.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, visit schedules, machine status updates, and complaint resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the spare parts department to ensure timely availability and dispatch of parts required for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain machine service history, warranty records,



pending service cases, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the Service Manager.
- Assist in processing warranty claims, service billing, AMC invoicing, and follow-up on customer payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Support the service team in achieving departmental targets related to AMC sales, spare parts sales, and service revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality procedures, and maintain proper coordination between customers, service engineers, and internal departments for smooth service operations.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
