Role description

Looking for Indirect Tax Automation Manager with overall 9+ years of Technology Consulting experience and specifically 7+ years of experience in implementation/Support of Tax Automation projects.

Serves as the Project Lead and Project Manager on third‑party indirect tax software implementations and other customized sales tax automation.

Manages assigned system integration projects that involve major ERP and billing systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, MS365/AX, NetSuite, and more.

Leads system implementation and integration projects end‑to‑end, including process design, software selection, implementation, user acceptance, training, and both go‑live and post–go‑live phases.

Takes ownership of both individual and team tasks to deliver top‑quality client deliverables. For Application Maintenance Support (AMS) engagements, is responsible for troubleshooting functional issues—including Tax Engine or Integration issues—while providing efficient solutions and timely status updates to clients.

Demonstrates the ability to multi‑task across multiple client engagements, communicates confidently, and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.

Monitors and manages team utilization, training, and compliance goals, and oversees team performance including retaining top performers and addressing low performance.
