We are looking for a Client Relation Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage communication between clients and the agency
- Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs
- Coordinate with Graphic Design and Digital Marketing teams
- Follow up on project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Manage client communication via calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and email
- Handle client feedback and communicate revisions to the team
- Provide regular project updates to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings and presentations when required
- Maintain client records and project documentation

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Advertising Agency
- Good understanding of Graphic Design and Digital Marketing services




- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Robust client handling, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project management Software (eg: Asana,HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
