Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Underwriting team. As an Underwriting Trainee, you will support the risk assessment and decision-making processes for insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the BPO sector, with on-the-job training and exposure to industry-standard practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior underwriters in reviewing and analyzing applications for insurance or loan products.
- Evaluate risk based on client data, documents, and internal guidelines.
- Input and maintain accurate data in underwriting systems.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and compliance teams for additional information or clarification.
- Help ensure timely processing of applications within SLA timelines.
- Learn and apply underwriting policies, procedures, and tools.




- Prepare basic reports or summaries for underwriter review.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant internship are welcome.
- Good typing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn.

Location: Chennai.

Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
