We are looking for an experienced KPI Dashboard Developer who can design, develop, and implement production-performance dashboards for manufacturing organizations. The candidate should understand shop-floor operations, manufacturing data, production planning, quality, downtime, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

- Develop real-time and management-level KPI dashboards.
- Collect and integrate data from ERP, MES, machines, Excel, databases, and production systems.
- Build dashboards for plant, department, production line, machine, shift, and operator-level performance.
- Automate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Identify production losses, bottlenecks, downtime, and efficiency gaps.
- Create drill-down reports for root-cause analysis.
- Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Management teams.
- Validate KPI calculations and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide alerts for production delays, downtime, target gaps, and abnormal performance.
- Support dashboard deployment, user training, and documentation.

- Knowledge of Python will be an advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS will be preferred

Educational Qualification

B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, B.Sc. IT, MBA Operations, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related qualification.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should combine technical dashboard-development skills with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. The candidate must be able to convert raw production data into actionable insights for plant heads, production managers, and senior management.

Pay: ₹14,214.40 - ₹65,162.70 per month
