Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote our products, visit retail shops/clients, generate orders, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and capable of building strong customer relationships in the field.

Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned shops, retailers, distributors, or clients daily

* Promote and explain company products effectively

* Generate new leads and onboard new customers

* Take orders and ensure regular sales growth

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Maintain robust relationships with existing customers

* Collect market feedback and competitor updates

* Submit daily sales reports and visit updates

* Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market

Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills





* Sales or field marketing experience preferred

* Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

* Ability to travel locally for field visits

* Basic smartphone usage for order/reporting

* Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
