1. Sales Leadership
● Lead and manage a team of 5 Admission Executives/Career Counsellors.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
● Develop sales strategies to maximise lead conversion.
● Conduct daily sales huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

2. Lead Management
● Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up.
● Monitor CRM hygiene and lead status.
● Reduce lead ageing and improve conversion rates.
● Ensure zero lead leakage.

3. Admissions

● Drive walk-ins, counselling sessions, and student enrolments.
● Guide counsellors on objection handling and closing techniques.
● Ensure excellent student and parent experience.

4. Team Development
● Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
● Conduct role plays and call audits.
● Improve individual productivity through regular coaching.

5. Performance Management Monitor daily KPIs such as:
● Calls made
● Conversations
● Follow-ups
● Counselling booked
● Walk-ins
● Admissions
● Revenue
● Conversion %
● Average Ticket Size

Marketing Coordination
● Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality.
● Provide campaign feedback.
● Suggest improvements based on conversion analysis.

7. Reporting Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports including:
● Team Performance
● Revenue Achievement
● Conversion Funnel
● Lost Lead Analysis
● Sales Forecast

Experience
● 4–8 years in Sales.
● Minimum 3 years managing a sales team.
● Experience in EdTech, Education, Aviation Training, Coaching Institutes, Higher Education, Insurance, Banking, Telecom or High-Value B2C Sales preferred. Candidates with robust admissions and revenue management experience are especially valuable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
