We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the HVAC industry to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material planning. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing HVAC-related materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure HVAC equipment, accessories, spare parts, and project-related materials as per requirements.
- Source and develop reliable vendors for HVAC products and services.
- Obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely order placement.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and material receipts.
- Maintain vendor records,



purchase data, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning to avoid shortages.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a similar purchase role.
- Good knowledge of HVAC products such as VRF systems, ducting, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, copper piping, insulation materials, and related accessories.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination abilities
