Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers/students, explaining our services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates with experience in the Education (Academy) or Finance sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Explain academy courses, training programs, or financial products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested prospects until admission or service conversion.
- Schedule counselling sessions, appointments, or meetings with the respective team.
- Maintain customer/student information and update CRM or Excel records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.




- Coordinate with the Admissions, Sales, or Operations team for smooth processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Prepare daily MIS and call reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English/ Tamil
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred

- Chennai Location: Experience in Finance Tele calling will be preferred.
- Coimbatore Location: Experience in Academy / Finance Tele calling will be preferred.

Qualification

- Any Graduate preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
