A Senior Operations Manager drives an organization's day-to-day execution, bridging high-level corporate strategy with frontline production. They oversee multiple teams, optimize workflows, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

responsibilities include:

- Strategic Planning: Translating high-level business goals into actionable daily processes and policies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs (e.g., efficiency, quality, cost per unit) and presenting operational insights to senior leadership.
- Resource & Budget Management: Allocating funds, controlling expenses, and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring middle management, conducting performance appraisals, and driving workforce optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning operations with HR, IT, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Risk & Quality Management: Enforcing quality control, compliance, and resolving operational bottlenecks
