Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Benefits: Accommodation and food will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customer vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and maintain service documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
- Provide service estimates, updates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.




- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and follow up with customers after service completion.
- Maintain effective communication between customers and the workshop team.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Good knowledge of automobile service processes and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
