Sales Executive – Coworking Space

Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets for our premium coworking spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Conduct client meetings and coworking space tours.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Follow up with prospective clients until closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, coworking, commercial leasing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
