We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-presented Sales Executives to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and exchange policies to customers.
- Handle billing coordination and ensure accurate sales documentation.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and daily showroom operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is preferred.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Qualifications

- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is an added advantage.
