Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter with 2–3 years of experience in automation machine assembly. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in assembling mechanical components, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring precision during machine installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble automation machines, equipment, and mechanical systems as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly layouts, and BOMs.
- Fit, align, and install machine components such as linear guides, ball screws, bearings, shafts, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, and motors.
- Perform drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and other fitting operations.
- Install and align pneumatic and mechanical components with high accuracy.
- Support machine testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure assembly quality by following standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the Electrical and Design teams during machine integration.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work workplace.
- Follow company safety standards and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications





- ITI – Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in automation machine assembly or special-purpose machine (SPM) manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of mechanical assembly practices and precision fitting techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and mechanical alignment is preferred.
