We are hiring an experienced sales coordinator for our branch located at Kannur.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and generate sales orders/invoices.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and branches to ensure timely delivery of products.

Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation.

Monitor pending orders, stock availability, and customer payments, and follow up as required.

Respond to customer and branch enquiries promptly and resolve coordination issues.

Communicate product updates, price lists, promotional schemes, and company announcements to the sales team and branches.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
