We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate production workers and machine operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production planning, stores, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Reduce production downtime, material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
- Maintain production records,



attendance, and daily reports.
- Train and guide employees on production processes and best practices.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to solve shop-floor issues and make quick decisions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting, ERP is an added advantage).

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,340.74 - ₹62,055.74 per month
