Role Overview

The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing online enquiries, converting leads into sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting market and product research to support business growth. The role requires a qualified who can combine sales ability, customer service, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.​
- Drive end-to-end online sales, from initial conversation and product presentation to negotiation, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable jewellery products, and ensuring a high-quality buying experience.​




- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to improve conversions, encourage repeat purchases, and strengthen customer retention.​
- Conduct regular market research on jewellery trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and pricing patterns to support sales strategy and product positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, dispatch updates, custom orders, and customer issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, client interactions, and follow-up status.
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal sales initiatives through active customer outreach and lead management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
