Preparation of cost estimates arising out of variation orders related to discipline works
Preparaing tender, variation order and any other estimation where project may need for supply of services and materials
Provides quantities for invocing and contractual claims if required
Monitors the actual quantity instalaled / executed and compares the same w.r.t to PO / Contract and tender quantities and cost
Co-ordinating the monthly reports and statistics of the contractors
Certification of works
Valuation / agreement of any variations in the contract
