- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain features, specifications, and benefits of Hyundai/Tata vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads from walk-ins, referrals, calls, and online inquiries.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs and budget.
- Explain finance, loan, insurance, and exchange offers available.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
