Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SEO initiatives across multiple projects, owning strategy, execution, and performance outcomes.

- Conduct advanced keyword research and semantic clustering using AI-driven SEO tools to identify high-value opportunities.

- Build and execute robust on-page optimization frameworks (structured data, schema, content silos, internal linking, UX-focused SEO).

- Perform deep technical SEO audits, resolve complex indexing/crawlability issues, and drive Core Web Vitals compliance in collaboration with developers.

- Leverage AI-powered SEO platforms (Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize content and enhance SERP competitiveness.

- Design and execute authoritative link acquisition strategies including digital PR, influencer outreach, and high-quality backlink building.

- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance—delivering data-driven insights and tough accountability on KPIs.

- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, search AI evolution, and generative search trends, and proactively adapt strategies.

- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives, enforcing high standards and ensuring flawless execution of deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, paid media, development)

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.

- Advanced knowledge of search engine algorithms, E-E-A-T, and ranking factors in competitive niches.

- Expertise in industry-leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio) and AI-driven SEO platforms.

- Robust technical SEO expertise (site architecture, canonicalization, log file analysis, schema, Core Web Vitals optimization).

- Experience managing end-to-end SEO campaigns, from strategy to execution, with accountability for traffic and ranking growth.

- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO fixes.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to translate complex SEO data into actionable strategies.

- Ability to lead initiatives independently, take ownership of KPIs, and work under tight deadlines with zero compromise on quality.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Added advantage: Experience with international SEO, multilingual SEO, and AI-driven content optimization workflows.
