Job Summary
The Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for electrical projects. The role requires a keen eye for detail, valuable understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new tender opportunities through portals and industry sources.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Maintain a database of tenders, track submissions, and follow up with clients.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare compliance checklists.
- Assist in cost estimation and pricing discussions.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tendering for Electrical projects.
- Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management portals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
