The role requires proven expertise in seafood industry operations, strong leadership in managing processing teams, and commitment to maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Immediate joiners with relevant background are preferred.

- Production oversight – Supervise seafood processing activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Quality assurance – Monitor product quality, enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards, and resolve non‑conformances.
- Team leadership – Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Safety compliance – Implement workplace safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
- Process improvement – Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Cross‑department coordination – Collaborate with QA, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
