The Opportunity

INDSRO is seeking a technically capable and service-oriented IT Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure at its Bhosari facility. The selected candidate will maintain computer systems, networks, software and IT assets while providing timely technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating-system and network-related issues.
- Configure and support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
- Install and update Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus software and authorised applications.
- Configure official email accounts and support Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
- Create and manage user accounts, system access and basic security permissions.
- Maintain regular data backups and assist with data recovery.
- Implement basic cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection and system updates.
- Maintain records of IT assets,



licences, repairs and system configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs and maintenance.
- Provide IT support during employee onboarding and separation.
- Assist with CCTV and biometric attendance systems, wherever required.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum one year of experience in IT support, desktop support, system administration or network support.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Practical understanding of computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches and IP configuration.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, email configuration, antivirus systems and data backups.
- Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely support to users.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications in hardware, networking, Microsoft systems or cybersecurity will be an advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, research or corporate environment will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Bhosari, Pune, will be preferred.
- Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
