Role & responsibilities

- Manage the team, vendors and suppliers.
- Research and update current destinations in our existing database and design Ex-Pune package for those destinations
- Understand the clients specifications and suggest suitable packages and amend itineraries as and when necessitated
- Design custom packages for the clients with travel, accommodation, and ground support.
- Provide necessary information to the clients regarding the destination and relevant.
- suggestions such as local sightseeing options
- Ensure timely receipt of payment to our clients and vendors, follow-ups when required.
- Participate in promotional activities of Ethecs Holidays
- Attend to last minute problems and complaints and minimize refunds
- Attend various conferences and trade fairs such as TTF to keep abreast of recent trends in travel industry.
- Create and update electronic records of clients and tour packages in CRM
- Create a bonding with clients and vendors.




- Keep crucial client documents in safe custody of the company
- Achieve the revenue and gross profit targets as and when specified by the management
