+Responsibilities

- Conduct research to identify potential federal contract opportunities through government procurement portals such as SAM.gov and GSA eBuy.
- Analyze market trends, federal agency requirements, and competitive landscape to assess business opportunities.
- Evaluate Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to determine bid suitability.
- Prepare detailed bid/no-bid recommendations based on technical, financial, and strategic fit analysis.
- Assist in developing capture plans for targeted federal opportunities in collaboration with the capture team.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze information required for successful proposal submissions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to support positioning and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and update competitive intelligence databases with accurate and organized records.
- Prepare and present analytical reports and findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with federal procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.




- Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical and research capabilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any technical domain or equivalent experience (B.Tech/B.E. preferred). Freshers may apply.
- Minimum 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred in research, bidding, or federal procurement (freshers with solid analytical skills also considered).
- Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with government procurement platforms such as SAM.gov and GSA eBuy is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured documentation.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required

The experience should be a minimum of 0- 6 months.
