Job Role: Business Development Associate Jyesta Corporate seeks a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and execute sales strategies by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and driving business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, delivering impactful sales presentations, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers, tracking sales performance, and submitting regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective campaigns, support business development initiatives, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions,



and emerging business opportunities.

Internship Details

● Duration: 6 months

● Stipend: ₹ 18,000 per month + additional incentives up to ₹ 15,000 based on performance.

● Full-Time CTC: Up to ₹ 9 LPA ( ₹ 4-6 LPA Fixed + ₹ 3 LPA Performance-Based Variable)

● Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

● Work Days: 6 days per week (Week off: Wednesday).

● Location: BHIVE AKR Tech Park, Bangalore
