Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive Cum Telesales with a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design who can identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships for branding, signage, and architectural projects.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, engineering drawings, site execution, and project measurements. The role requires interaction with architects, interior designers, contractors, project consultants, retail brands, builders, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify upcoming retail, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate projects requiring branding and signage solutions.
- Understand drawings, BOQs, site layouts, and branding requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project scope.
- Coordinate with the design, production, estimation, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, project presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to execution, installation, and payment collection.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, new signage technologies, materials, and branding solutions.

Candidates should have knowledge of:

- Square feet (Sq. Ft.) area calculation for signage, branding, and printing works
- Quantity estimation and BOQ Understanding.
- Material estimation and costing
- Installation methods and site execution
- Fabrication processes and production coordination
- Vendor and contractor coordination
- Project planning and execution timelines

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, IT, B.TECH, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Project Coordination, or Technical Sales.
- Good English Communication.
- Experience in signage, branding, printing, architectural products, fit-outs, interiors, or construction materials will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic design software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
