Key responsibilities

- Lead BIM delivery across multiple projects.
- Prepare and implement BEPs.
- Define LOD, modelling standards, naming conventions, worksets, coordinates, and information exchange protocols.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
- Review model health and quality.
- Manage BIM Coordinators and discipline leads.
- Set up QA/QC systems.
- Review clash reports before client submission.
- Ensure model and drawing deliverables are issued as per agreed timelines.
- Support client meetings and technical discussions.
- Train team members.
- Improve internal BIM workflows and templates.

Required skills

- Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP understanding
- Navisworks Manage
- ACC/BIM 360
- Clash detection and issue management
- BEP preparation
- ISO 19650 awareness
- Multidisciplinary coordination
- GFC documentation understanding
- BOQ extraction awareness
- Strong communication and leadership

Preferred experience

- Large residential/commercial projects above 5 lakh sq.ft
- International BIM outsourcing projects
- UK/RIBA project exposure
- ACC-based collaboration
- Team management of 8+ people

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
